About the role

Accenture Flex offers local fixed-duration project-based work powered by Accenture, a leading global professional services company. Employees work in their local metro area onsite at the project, significantly reducing and/or eliminating the demands to travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide solutions to problems within your immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Take ownership of specific delivery areas and ensure alignment with overall project goals and client expectations.
• Support and guide less experienced colleagues by sharing expertise and best practices to enhance team performance.
• Contribute to solution design and decision-making processes by applying deep knowledge of delivery and operational requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies that ensure successful project outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to elevate quality standards and optimize delivery efficiency.

Requirements

• Software ownership/Installation Vulnerability/End of Life Installation Documentation
• Oracle Database/Schema creation
• 60% onsite client work (3 days per week)
• Client mandated time away 5 days per quarter

Qualifications

• 5 years of work experience
• Advanced proficiency in Oracle Database Associates degree preferred

Skills

Basic qualifications include software ownership, installation, vulnerability, end of life installation documentation, and Oracle Database Schema creation. Advanced proficiency in these areas is preferred.
