Infrastructure Services Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations, mentor junior engineers, and assign technical tasks.
• Oversee deployment, configuration, and maintenance of physical and virtual servers.
• Manage Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Exchange environments.
• Ensure high availability, optimal performance, and proactive issue resolution.
• Maintain enterprise storage solutions and execute data backup and recovery policies.
• Implement patch management, access controls, and vulnerability remediation.
• Develop scripts to streamline server deployment and routine maintenance.

Qualifications

• IT experience 6+ years, including minimum 2+ years of experience leading or mentoring technical teams.
• Advanced expertise in Windows Server, Microsoft Entra ID, and Exchange (Online/On-Premises).
• Strong hands-on experience with VMware vSphere or Microsoft Hyper-V.
• Proficiency with enterprise storage (SAN/NAS) and backup tools (e.g., Veeam).
• Competency in PowerShell for automation and task efficiency.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen.

Preferred Qualifications

• Linux Systems Experience administering Red Hat, Centos, or Ubuntu server environments.
• Familiarity with Azure or AWS cloud computing services.
• Certifications such as Microsoft Certified Enterprise Administrator Expert, VMware VCP, or Linux certifications (RHCSA).

Target Salary Range

$120,001 - $160,000.
