Overview
Pinnacle Method Consulting is seeking an Infrastructure PM - REMOTE for a 12-month position with possible extension. The role focuses on the Trader Voice system and is open to bilingual candidates with Spanish proficiency. The ideal candidate should have experience with voice services, such as recording and configuration, and familiarity with systems like Verint and BT.
Responsibilities
- Working with call centers
- Provisioning and maintaining server plans for call centers
- Experience in both agile and waterfall methodologies
- Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders in IT, Global Businesses, and Finance
- Leading and directing multidisciplinary teams globally
- Providing board-level overview of project progress
- Ensuring adherence to financial processes and procedures
- Financial analysis and contextualizing financial data
- End-to-end project management including definition, planning, execution, implementation, governance, control, financial, resource, and change management
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
- Experience with Trader Voice, Turret, Dealer board, and voice recording
- Experience with Verint and BT systems (nice to have)
- Previous banking experience (strongly preferred but not mandatory)
- Experience in both agile and waterfall methodologies
