Responsibilities

• Manage and support enterprise endpoint environments, including PCs, mobile devices, and distributed endpoints.
• Execute hardware deployments, imaging, configuration, and end-to-end device lifecycle management.
• Provide high-quality L2/L3 technical support for infrastructure systems, peripherals, and cabling across various sites.
• Cook up with internal teams and vendors to assist with warehouse logistics, device staging, and infrastructure project delivery.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of dedicated professional experience in Endpoint Management and Device Management.
• 2+ years of experience delivering hands-on Hardware Support and technical equipment troubleshooting.
• Must be local to Orlando, FL for a hybrid schedule and possess the ability to travel occasionally as needed without restriction.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or YAML for infrastructure automation.
• Prior technical experience or domain knowledge within the Cruise or Maritime industries.
• Understanding of modern Enterprise Data Management and Governance frameworks.
