- Own the reliability, performance, and operational health of World Chain’s core infrastructure, including node fleets, RPC services, sequencing and execution systems.
- Build the observability, incident response, and recovery capabilities needed to operate a production blockchain network with high confidence.
- Lead capacity planning, performance tuning, release processes, and operational automation to support growth safely and efficiently.
- Partner with protocol, product, and security teams to ensure infrastructure is ready for launches, upgrades, and evolving network needs.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable infrastructure-as-code.
- Contribute to the deployment, monitoring, and long-term maintenance of infrastructure in production on Terraform, AWS, and Kubernetes.
- Participate in research and development efforts to scale World Chain vertically and horizontally.
About You
- 2+ years designing and operating high-availability L2 infrastructure or high-availability distributed systems in production.
- 6+ years of infrastructure experience
- Deep judgment in reliability engineering, observability, incident response, and operational risk management.
- The ability to reason about complex system interactions, performance bottlenecks, and failure modes in blockchain or other mission-critical infrastructure.
