About the role

We design, build, coordinate, and maintain our multi-tenant, high-complexity, enterprise scale hosting architecture. Opportunities are available for all experience levels, from beginners to seasoned professionals.

Responsibilities

Follow policies and procedures, escalate issues when necessary, and ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Epic Hosting. Escalate potential security incidents and provide relevant information. Meet all security responsibilities defined in policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in CIS, IS, IT, or a related field
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
• Available to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift
• Cover letter and resume required

• Experience and/or interest in different technologies can be discussed during the recruitment process
• Backgrounds considered: IT/Systems/Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity/Networking, Computer Science, Infrastructure Engineering
• Infrastructure Engineering Areas: Security, Network, Network Security, Network Services, DevOps, Cloud, SAN & Backup, Virtualization, Windows Live
