Infrastructure Domain Architecture Manager

About the role

For our client, we are seeking an Infrastructure Domain Architecture Manager to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will guide enterprise architecture decisions across infrastructure domains, balancing strategic direction with practical execution. You will partner closely with technology and business stakeholders to align architecture priorities with near-term needs and longer-term plans. In addition, you will lead a team of architects and help strengthen their growth, development, and overall effectiveness. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for technology decisions in architecture areas
• Collaborate with teams to ensure architecture alignment across portfolios
• Develop and communicate technology architecture plans
• Evaluate short-term business needs to establish priorities
• Manage a team of architects and support their growth and development

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience
• Master’s degree in technology or business preferred
• 7+ years of experience in enterprise architecture
• 3+ years of leadership experience preferred
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus

Pay

Compensation: $116,000 – $216,000 annually
