RemoteRemotePurchasing$36–$39/hrFull-time

You want to make an impact, not just manage projects, but change how the world gets built. At Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects, you’ll help develop and deliver the factories, grids, transit systems, and public infrastructure that keep communities moving—smarter, safer, and more sustainably than ever before. You’ll work alongside project managers, engineers, technologists, and strategists who blend real-world experience with digital innovation and AI. Together, we’re transforming how capital projects are planned, managed, and executed, creating a better way to build for the future.

About the role

You’ll attract, screen, and submit talent for current and prospective demand. You’ll meet required metrics that include goals for outreach, screens, interviews, and hires. You’ll effectively communicate and operate with Recruiting Teams to identify and attract talent demand. You’ll manage candidate status and notes in the Applicant Tracking Systems (Lever) and professional platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed). You’ll build and maintain a strong pipeline of diverse candidates, monitor and track the candidate pipeline to ensure it meets the requirements of open vacancies, and use market-driven strategies to research, engage, and pre-qualify passive talent.

You’ll use recruitment systems with a focus on data integrity to ensure accurate reporting and compliance with data protection legislation. You’ll interact on a timely basis with internal or external client stakeholders to understand specific sourcing requirements, develop and maintain data mining approaches using advanced search techniques, and monitor candidate activity for specific sourcing projects while communicating updates to stakeholders and recruiters. You’ll also be responsible for ad hoc projects to support the recruiting organization.

The work location for this role will include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client, or in an Accenture office or center. There is some in-person time required for collaboration, learning, and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.
