Infrastructure & Capital Projects, Contract Manager, ANS

You’ll collaborate with a team of project managers, engineers, technologists, and strategists to transform capital project planning, management, and execution using digital innovation and AI.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement and contracting strategies aligned with project scope, timeline, and delivery objectives.
• Define packaging, sourcing, and engagement models to balance risk, cost, and scope across data center construction projects.
• Partner with engineering, finance, and legal teams to support WBS development and optimize sourcing strategies.
• Lead strategic sourcing efforts, driving value through supplier consolidation, standardization, and cost reduction initiatives.
• Oversee pre-award activities, tender clarifications, and contract negotiations to ensure full commercial and technical alignment.
• Establish and enforce procurement and contract management processes across FEED and EPCM project phases.
• Review and approve contract documents, ensuring compliance with scope, safety, and corporate governance requirements.
• Manage contractor and consultant performance while ensuring accurate, timely processing of RFPs, RFAs, and contractual documentation.
• Serve as the primary liaison across internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders, providing regular updates on contract status, risks, and performance.
• Identify and mitigate procurement risks while monitoring KPIs, supplier performance, and adherence to HSSEQ and project standards.

The work location for this role is onsite at client sites to enable delivery and cultivate relationships. Some in-person collaboration is required for teamwork, learning, and relationship-building, with flexibility to support work/life needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 7+ years of procurement and contract management experience within capital projects, ideally in pharmaceutical, chemical, or industrial sectors.
• Strong knowledge of EPC/EPCM models, FEED execution, and sourcing of engineering, construction, and process equipment packages.
• Experience with various contract forms (lump-sum, cost-plus, target cost) and risk allocation strategies.
• Working knowledge of local procurement regulations and construction law.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, ERP/procurement tools (e.g., SAP, Ariba), and cost analysis techniques.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in English and French.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and adaptable under pressure while leading through influence across global project teams.

Pay

$120,000 - $155,000 a year. Compensation varies based on factors such as location, role, skill set, and experience. The range provided applies to roles hired in select U.S. states as required by local law.
