Infrastructure & Capital Projects – Construction Manager, ANS

About the role
You'll oversee all phases of construction projects from pre-construction planning to final punch list and closeout. Onsite at client locations, you’ll lead and mentor on-site superintendents, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure a cohesive and productive work environment while cultivating client relationships. In-person collaboration is required for learning, relationship-building, and delivery.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to deliver projects on time and within financial targets.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and engineers, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and building codes across all job sites.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, solving problems before they impact schedule or budget.
- Review and approve submittals, RFIs, change orders, and progress payments to maintain project documentation and financial control.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control audits to ensure workmanship meets project specifications and company standards.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to secure reliable partnerships and competitive pricing.
- Leverage construction management software and technology to streamline processes, track progress, and report on key performance metrics.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in Construction Project Management.
- Thorough and complete knowledge of the construction process and management techniques, methods, and materials.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience working in hyper-scale data centers (preferred).
- Outstanding negotiating skills.
- Team player with the ability to clearly communicate verbally and in writing.
Pay
$105,000 - $135,000 a year. Compensation varies by location, role, skill set, and level of experience. The range provided applies to roles hired in select U.S. states as required by local law.
