About the role

The Infrastructure & Capital Projects – Construction Manager role involves overseeing all phases of construction projects from pre-construction planning to final punch list and closeout. This includes leading and mentoring on-site superintendents, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure a cohesive and productive work environment. Key responsibilities also include developing and managing project schedules, budgets, and resources to deliver projects on time and within financial targets.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all phases of construction projects from pre-construction planning to final punch list and closeout.
  • Lead and mentor on-site superintendents, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure a cohesive and productive work environment.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to deliver projects on time and within financial targets.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and engineers, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
  • Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and building codes across all job sites.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, solving problems and resolving issues before they impact schedule or budget.
  • Review and approve submittals, RFIs, change orders, and progress payments to maintain project documentation and financial control.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and quality control audits to ensure workmanship meets project specifications and company standards.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to secure reliable partnerships and competitive pricing.
  • Leverage construction management software and technology to streamline processes, track progress, and report on key performance metrics.
  • Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 9+ years of experience in Construction Project Management.
  • Thorough and complete knowledge of the construction process and management techniques, methods, and materials.

Bonus points if you have

  • A Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction, or a related field is a plus.
  • Experience working in hyper-scale data centers is a plus.
  • Outstanding negotiating skills.
  • Team player with the ability to clearly communicate verbally and in writing.

Pay

$165,000 - $200,000 a year

Schedule

Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.
