The Work
- Provide on-site leadership for construction and commissioning activities
- Act as the primary on-site point of contact for contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders
- Ensure implementation and enforcement of site safety programs
- Ensure compliance with permits, approved drawings, specifications, and project standards
- Oversee contractor performance, coordination, and sequencing of work
- Lead execution of the site QA/QC program, including issue resolution
- Monitor progress against schedule and report deviations, risks, and corrective actions
- Coordinate with project management and engineering teams to deliver a complete and reliable facility
- Support effective turnover of the project to Operations
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5+ years experience in utility scale solar, wind, or power infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of construction safety practices and OSHA requirements
- Experience managing EPC contractors and multi-discipline construction activities
- Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills
- Ability to work full time on site
Pay
$85,000 - $95,000 a year. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Illinois, Maine, Minnesota, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Ohio, Virginia or Washington.
