Infrastructure & Capital Projects – Senior Director - Energy Compliance Consulting, ANS
About the role
You'll provide market sector leadership for Accenture's utility and energy grant consulting practice, with accountability for growth, delivery, and client outcomes.
You'll conduct business development, capture strategy, proposal leadership, and senior client relationships across the Federal energy funding landscape.
You'll oversee full grant lifecycle advisory - from opportunity identification and application through budget compliance, audit, and closeout.
You'll manage a team of grant professionals across multiple concurrent engagements, with direct responsibility for performance, development, and culture.
You'll provide go-to-market strategy for new DOE and Federal funding opportunities, regulatory shifts, and cross-sector service expansion.
You'll oversee internal practice operations including financial performance, quality management, risk, and reporting.
Responsibilities
You’ve Never Been Satisfied with “Good Enough.” You want to make an impact, not just manage projects, but change how the world gets built. At Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects, you’ll do exactly that. You’ll help develop and deliver the factories, grids, transit systems, and public infrastructure that keep communities moving - and do it smarter, safer, and more sustainably than ever before.
You’ll work alongside people who think big and act bold - project managers, engineers, technologists, and strategists who blend real-world experience with digital innovation and AI. Together, we’re transforming how capital projects are planned, managed, and executed, creating a better way to build for the future.
Because “good enough” builds the past. You’re here to build what’s next, on a team that outperforms every norm.

10+ years of progressive experience in grant management, compliance, public administration, or related fields - with demonstrable growth in scope and seniority
