On-siteManagementFull-time

You want to make an impact, not just manage projects, but change how the world gets built. At Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects, you’ll help develop and deliver the factories, grids, transit systems, and public infrastructure that keep communities moving—and do it smarter, safer, and more sustainably than ever before. You’ll work alongside project managers, engineers, technologists, and strategists who blend real-world experience with digital innovation and AI. Together, we’re transforming how capital projects are planned, managed, and executed, creating a better way to build for the future.

About the role

You'll implement the Energy Isolation Program using SPS-101 standards and guidebooks as the foundational framework. You'll establish and manage an Energy Isolation assurance process, addressing gaps identified during audits. You'll participate in High-Risk Activity planning meetings related to energy isolation procedures and ensure the approval process for proposed Energy Isolation procedures is properly implemented.

You'll collaborate with the Authorizing Energy Marshal to develop and manage the Energy Isolation Permit process. You'll review Statements of Work, Methods of Procedure, and Scripts to identify all energy sources, determine the need for group or individual LOTO, and help establish a centralized LOTO system across site entities.

You'll verify personnel qualifications, training, and PPE compliance for those performing energy isolation tasks. You'll delegate qualified alternates to assume responsibilities during multi-shift or peak energization periods. You'll ensure alignment with SPS-101 guidelines and maintain communication with site teams to support safe energy isolation practices.

The work location for this role is onsite at client sites to enable delivery and cultivate client relationships. While there is some flexibility, in-person collaboration is expected for learning, relationship-building, and community engagement.
