About the role
The Infrastructure & Capital Projects – Construction Manager oversees all phases of construction projects from pre-construction planning to final punch list and closeout. They lead and mentor on-site superintendents, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure a cohesive and productive work environment. They develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to deliver projects on time and within financial targets. They serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and engineers, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals. They enforce strict adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and building codes across all job sites. They proactively identify and mitigate project risks, solving problems and resolving issues before they impact schedule or budget. They review and approve submittals, RFIs, change orders, and progress payments to maintain project documentation and financial control. They conduct regular site inspections and quality control audits to ensure workmanship meets project specifications and company standards. They cultivate and manage relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to secure reliable partnerships and competitive pricing. They leverage construction management software and technology to streamline processes, track progress, and report on key performance metrics.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in Construction Project Management.
- Thorough and complete knowledge of the construction process and management techniques, methods, and materials.
Bonus points if you have
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience working in hyper-scale data centers is a plus.
- Outstanding negotiating skills.
- Team player with the ability to clearly communicate verbally and in writing.
Pay
$105,000 - $135,000 a year
