Infrastructure & Capital Projects – Construction Manager, ANS
About the role
You'll oversee all phases of construction projects from pre-construction planning to final punch list and closeout. You'll lead and mentor on-site superintendents, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure a cohesive and productive work environment. You'll develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to deliver projects on time and within financial targets. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and engineers, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals. You'll enforce strict adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and building codes across all job sites. You'll proactively identify and mitigate project risks, solving problems and resolving issues before they impact schedule or budget. You'll review and approve submittals, RFIs, change orders, and progress payments to maintain project documentation and financial control. You'll conduct regular site inspections and quality control audits to ensure workmanship meets project specifications and company standards. You'll cultivate and manage relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to secure reliable partnerships and competitive pricing. You'll leverage construction management software and technology to streamline processes, track progress, and report on key performance metrics.

Requirements
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in Construction Project Management
- Thorough and complete knowledge of the construction process and management techniques, methods, and materials
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction, or a related field (optional)
- Experience working in hyper-scale data centers (optional)
- Outstanding negotiating skills
- Team player with strong verbal and written communication skills
