Infrastructure and Application Support Manager

Responsibilities

• Global infrastructure operations and systems administration
• Database administration, including Oracle and MS SQL Server
• Network operations, including LAN, WAN, MPLS, and firewall management
• Application support for web applications, imaging and archiving, client-server, and specialized applications
• Oversight of geographically dispersed technical teams and infrastructure, including converged server/storage solutions and cloud migrations

Qualifications

• Current PMI/PMP certification
• 12+ years of experience managing infrastructure, systems, databases, network, and application operations and projects at multiple locations with dispersed teams; similar in size, scope, and complexity
• At least five years of experience with Oracle and MS SQL Server database administration and management
• Expertise managing network operations including LAN, WAN, MPLS, and firewall management
• TS Clearance

Desired Qualifications

• At least three years of experience providing full life cycle and operations support for Windows and Linux systems
• At least five years supporting Data Center Operations including server farms, networking equipment, and storage solutions (e.g., Cisco Routers and Switches, Firewalls, and Netapp/Dell EMC)
• Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) or Microsoft Certified Database Administrator certification
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or CompTIA Network+ITIL Foundation Level Certification Version 5 or higher
• Experience with SDLC Process and application support methodologies

Pay

USD $160,000.00 - USD $199,260.00 /Yr.
