Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair geothermal systems
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers
• Perform home energy assessments and provide recommendations for improvement
• Manage customer relationships and ensure satisfaction
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Qualifications

• Experience in HVAC or related field preferred
• Knowledge of geothermal systems and installation techniques
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay

Salary range: $45,000 - $55,000 annually
