Information Technology Technician

About the role

Responsible for the implementation, support, and maintenance of various technologies managed by the ENMRSH, Inc. IT Team. This position focuses on the administration and maintenance of desktops, laptops, peripherals, servers, network equipment, voice communication, physical access protocols, technology equipment inventory system management, IT system and network security, and related IT operations. The position provides 1st-level internal support to resolve problems in an efficient, effective, and accurate manner.

Must demonstrate the following characteristics: ability to work independently; good interpersonal skills to interact effectively and professionally with a wide range of people; excellent customer service with all internal and external customers; communicate effectively verbally and in writing to multiple levels of staff and stakeholders; understand the importance of urgency and accuracy; and be able to adapt to changing work conditions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in technology-related field preferred. High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of five years in a relevant technology-related job may be substituted for a degree.
• Experience with desktop operating systems.
• Experience with Azure, Entra, Intune, and Microsoft Office 365 preferred.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Receive clearance on an initial caregiver criminal history screening background check and any subsequent background checks that ENMRSH, Inc. deems necessary.
• Pass a pre-employment drug screening and any other subsequent drug screenings the agency deems necessary.
• Possess a working telephone (this requirement reflects the fact that many positions rely on a timekeeping application to record work hours).
• Must be able to type with speed and accuracy.
• Have and maintain a satisfactory driving record.
• Technical certifications and technology operations management experience preferred.
• Cyber security experience preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Requires the use of hands, arms, and fingers.
• Frequently required to stand, walk, use hands to manipulate, handle, or feel, and reach with hands and arms.
• Lift up to 25 lbs. frequently.
• Walk, stand, and/or sit for eight hours per day.
