Desirable Qualifications
- Demonstrated knowledge / experience of agile/scrum project management concepts and methodologies: initiating, planning, execution, scrum ceremonies, scrum master experience, product backlog, metrics, retrospectives (i.e., facilitation of these tasks, leading development teams, etc.)
- Demonstrated knowledge / experience with project oversight and approval (change management, governance processes, CDT PAL process), including IT Project Governance, creating or managing the portfolio, escalations, change requests, etc.
- Demonstrated knowledge / experience of managing or leading a team of business analysts or project managers. Providing mentoring, directing, planning, and organizing their work.
- Demonstrated knowledge / experience of techniques for business analysis and requirements gathering: BA documentation, requirements elicitation, documentation, prioritization, and tracking; business process mapping, business process improvement analysis, recommendations, and implementation; system/user acceptance testing
- Demonstrated knowledge / experience of techniques for managing administrative functions, e.g., hiring, personnel documentation, budgeting, disciplinary actions, etc.
- Demonstrated knowledge / experience of techniques with procurement processes, SAM, SOW development, contract and vendor management, invoices, etc.
- Have the Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

- IT Leadership Experience:
- Describe your IT experience and ability in managing and leading resources (staff, budget, and technology), process improvement, and policy implementation. Please also include the budget managed and the number of staff count.
- Project Management Leadership Experience:
- Describe your experience in managing and leading project management teams. Include the project complexity (e.g., size of environments, software application complexity or technology, business criticality), project methodology approaches, budget, team size, project durations, number of contracts, number of end-users, challenges, etc.
- Business Analysis Leadership Experience:
- Describe your experience in managing and leading business analysis teams. Include the project / solution complexity (e.g., size and/or type of environments, technologies, complexity, and business criticality), methodology approaches, challenges, diagrams, or processes developed, challenges, etc.
- Organizational Change Management:
- Describe your experience in managing the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles, and organization structure.
