Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of .NET developers (including senior, mid-level, and junior developers)
- Oversee the full software development lifecycle for on-prem, cloud-hosted and Low-Code applications
- Manage agile sprints, backlogs, and ceremonies in Azure DevOps (Boards, Repos, Pipelines)
- Ensure high-quality code delivery through code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and adherence to best practices for on-prem, cloud and Low-Code environments
- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, QA, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions for on-prem, cloud-based and Low-Code applications
- Oversee architecting and guiding the implementation of new features and enhancements
- Monitor team velocity, remove blockers, and continuously improve development and deployment processes
- Support critical deliverables or complex technical challenges
Requirements
- 7 1/2 years (90 months) experience commensurate with job duties to be performed & knowledges & skills required as outlined in approved position description on file for position to be filled as advertised in job posting
- 12 months experience in performing project management functions as defined in series purpose
- Or completion of undergraduate core coursework in computer science, or completion of undergraduate core coursework in any academic major which included at least one course in each of the following: advanced-level computer programming language, logic-based mathematics, data base concepts, computer systems analysis & design, & basic data processing concepts
- Additional 5 1/2 years (66 months) experience commensurate with job duties to be performed & knowledges & skills required as outlined in approved position description on file for position to be filled as advertised in job posting
- 12 months experience in performing project management functions as defined in series purpose
- Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications For Employment noted above
