Information Technology Specialist with Security Clearance

About the role

Responsible for managing and maintaining IT infrastructure, ensuring security protocols are in place, and providing technical support to the organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including servers, routers, and switches.
• Implement and enforce security policies to protect data and systems from unauthorized access.
• Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting issues and resolving problems.
• Perform regular backups and disaster recovery testing.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant IT experience, including experience with network administration and security.
• Security clearance preferred but not required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Cisco networking, and relevant security tools.

Qualifications

• Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices.
• Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.

Pay

Estimated annual salary range: $94,438 - $128,745.
