We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must preserve all substantive info, not invent. Remove boilerplate, duplication, etc. We need to parse the posting. Key content: - Department info: equity, diversity, inclusion, mission, services, ITSD description. This could be "About the role" or maybe "About the department". But we need to follow headings list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide what content fits each. The posting includes: "Job Description And Duties" describing duties. That's responsibilities. Also includes details about PLP 2025: salary reduction, leave credits. That's Pay/Benefits? It mentions salary ranges and reduction. Also includes "Position Details": Job Code, Position #, Working Title, Classification, salary ranges A/B/C, # of Positions, Work Location, Telework Hybrid, Job Type Permanent, Full Time. Also includes "Final Filing Date: 9/30/2026". That's metadata maybe not needed but could be included in a short paragraph. Also includes "Department Website: https://www.cdph.ca.gov". Could be in About the role. Also includes "Please let us know how you heard about our position by taking this brief survey: ..." That's application instruction, should be removed. Also includes "You will find additional information about the job in the Duty Statement." maybe not needed. Also includes "In July 2025, the State of California implemented the Personal Leave Program (PLP) 2025. This program temporarily reduces employees’ monthly base pay in exchange for paid leave credits. This position is subject to PLP 2025 and will have a monthly base pay reduction of 3% in exchange for 5 hours of leave credits through June 2027. The salary ranges shown on this job posting do not reflect the salary reduction." That's Pay/Benefits. Also includes salary ranges: Classification INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SPECIALIST I $6,513.00 - $8,729.00 A $7,163.00 - $9,599.00 B $7,864.00 - $10,537.00 C New to State candidates will be hired into the minimum salary of the classification or minimum of alternate range when applicable. Thus we have Pay info. Benefits: maybe mention PLP leave credits (5 hours). Could be Benefits. Schedule: Telework Hybrid, Permanent, Full Time. Could be Schedule. Requirements/Qualifications/Skills: The job description includes expertise in interoperability standards such as HL7 v2.x, FHIR, X12, CDA, CCD. Also experience designing, developing, implementing, monitoring, supporting electronic data interfaces. Collaboration with stakeholders, gathering requirements, creating interface specs, data mappings, transformations, validation processes. Supporting full lifecycle: configuration, testing, deployment, performance monitoring, ongoing maintenance. Incident management activities, root cause analysis, coordinating resolutions, documenting findings. Governance activities: maintaining interface inventories, specifications, workflow documentation, compliance-related records. Participate in security and privacy initiatives, support regulatory reporting, ensure adherence to data exchange standards. Through collaboration, technical guidance, customer support, helps optimize data interoperability processes, supports project planning and implementation, enhances ability to exchange critical health information efficiently and securely. Thus we can extract responsibilities (duties) and maybe qualifications/skills. We need to avoid repeating job title as heading. Already not. We need to not include boilerplate like EEO, etc. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's craft sections: - About the role: could include department mission, ITSD description, maybe department website. - Responsibilities: list of duties (designing, developing, implementing, monitoring, supporting electronic data interfaces; collaborating; gathering requirements; creating interface specs; data mappings; transformations; validation; supporting full lifecycle; configuration, testing, deployment, performance monitoring, ongoing maintenance; incident management; root cause analysis; coordinating resolutions; documenting findings; governance activities; maintaining inventories; specifications; workflow documentation; compliance records; participating in security/privacy; support regulatory reporting; ensuring adherence to data exchange standards; optimizing interoperability; supporting project planning; enhancing ability to exchange info). - Requirements/Qualifications/Skills: maybe combine? The posting doesn't have explicit "Requirements" separate from duties. But we can infer qualifications: expertise in interoperability standards (HL7 v2.x, FHIR, X12, CDA, CCD); experience with electronic health records, labs, public health agencies, HIEs; strong analytical skills; ability to collaborate; knowledge of data mapping, transformation, validation; experience with interface lifecycle; incident management; governance; security/privacy; regulatory reporting. We could create a "Qualifications" section with bullet list of required knowledge/skills. - Skills: maybe list specific technical skills: HL7 v2.x, FHIR, X12, CDA, CCD; interface engines; SQL; scripting; etc. But posting only mentions standards. We'll list those. - Benefits: PLP 2025 details: 3% base pay reduction in exchange for 5 hours leave credits through June 2027. Also maybe mention telework hybrid? That's schedule. - Pay: salary ranges: $6,513 - $8,729 (A), $7,163 - $9,599 (B), $7,864 - $10,537 (C). Also note New to State candidates hired at minimum. - Schedule: Telework Hybrid, Permanent, Full Time. Also mention PLP? Already benefits. We also have Final Filing Date: 9/30/2026. Could be included in a short paragraph under About the role maybe. We must not include placeholders like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not include Job ID/requisition numbers as headings; we can fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. So we could include Job Code, Position # in a paragraph under About the role maybe. Let's craft HTML:

Permanent, full‑time position with a telework hybrid schedule.

We need to ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like EEO, etc. We didn't. Check for duplicate content: We mentioned PLP in Pay and Benefits; maybe we should only mention in Benefits, not Pay. But Pay section includes note about PLP reduction; that's okay as it's pay-related. Could keep. We need to ensure we didn't invent content: All statements are from posting. Check if any content missing: Department website included. Job Code, Position # included. Final filing date included. We didn't include "Department Information" duplication; we summarized. We didn't include "The salary information listed on this advertisement may not reflect recent salary increases from salary adjustments or changes in the fiscal year." That's a boilerplate disclaimer; we could omit as it's not substantive? It's a generic disclaimer; maybe we should remove as it's boilerplate. The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. That line is a legal disclaimer about salary; could be considered boilerplate. Safer to omit. We also omitted "*CDPH is an E-Verify employer." That's boilerplate; remove. We omitted "Please let us know how you heard
