Information Technology Server Engineer

About the role

The Kansas judicial branch seeks an experienced IT Server Engineer to design, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments. This position involves managing Active Directory, Azure AD, DNS, and related directory services. The ideal candidate will also implement and maintain virtualization solutions using VMware, Hyper-V, and other cloud-based platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage Active Directory, Azure AD, DNS, and related directory services
• Implement and maintain virtualization solutions using VMware, Hyper-V, and other cloud-based platforms
• Perform server performance tuning, monitoring, and capacity planning
• Develop and enforce server security policies, including system hardening and vulnerability management
