Information Systems Engineer

Job Duties

• Ensure Configuration Items (CIs) are identified, accounted for, reported, verified, and audited.
• Manage and support necessary applications and databases with developers.
• Maintain and monitor the performance of services and components in the IT environment, ensuring IT capacity meets business needs.
• Define and implement an end-to-end provisioning process, leveraging automation where feasible.
• Enforce information security procedures and compliance across IT systems and services.
• Handle daily incidents and requests through Service Now to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Support Microsoft Team rooms across the campus.
• Deploy new hire laptops to users on the first day.
• Manage cybersecurity and compliance at the Las Vegas site.
• Manage Inventory Distribution Rooms (IDF/MDF) at the Las Vegas campus and other regional offices.
• Collaborate with other teams and project manage tasks.

Special Requirements

• Expert knowledge of Windows 10 & 11.
• Troubleshooting skills on Microsoft Teams and Logitech Rally bars.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Support on Zebra printers and Honeywell scanners.
• VMWare and Citrix to support educational environments.

Rate of Pay

$82,800
