Responsibilities

• Provision, manage, and support Windows servers across online and air-gapped networks.
• Configure network adapters, storage, firewalls, and connected core services.
• Deploy monitoring tools to detect system anomalies and prevent service disruptions.
• Perform root cause analysis on outages and implement preventive fixes.
• Support hardware, software, and appliance deployments, upgrades, and security patching.
• Translate user requirements and system architectures into technical specifications.
• Provide Tier 1–3 help desk support for client, server, and network issues.
• Manage OS patching, hardware maintenance, and account administration (passwords/tickets).
• Implement and maintain Centrify to secure privileged credentials, enforce least-privilege access controls, and meet compliance standards.
• Managed Omnissa Horizon (formerly VMware Horizon) environments to deliver high-performance Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) and application virtualization to end users.
• Administer VMware environments to host, manage, and scale high-availability virtual machines, private clouds, and hybrid infrastructure.
• Leverage SaltStack to automate system deployment, streamline configuration management, and maintain state enforcement across hybrid infrastructure.
• Enforce security baselines, optimize configuration management, and define granular management scopes across domain and local environments via Active Directory Group Policy Objects (GPOs).

Requirements

• Must have an active TS/SCI with full scope polygraph security clearance.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Active CompTIA Security+ certification.

Qualifications

• Associates degree with fifteen (15) years of relevant experience OR bachelor’s degree with twelve (12) years of relevant experience.
• High school diploma with twenty (20) years of relevant experience.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $78,000 to $250,000 per year. This range reflects the compensation offered across the locations where we hire. The exact salary will be determined based on the candidate's work location, specific role
