Information Technology Program Manager

Build our future together by leading IT projects that power Regeneron’s Biologics Therapeutic Discovery Pipeline. You’ll partner with scientific stakeholders across multiple domains to plan, execute, and deliver complex initiatives on scope, on time, and on budget.

Responsibilities

• Act as the single point of contact for highly complex programs or portfolios that span multiple inter-dependent workstreams.
• Directly manage large, cross-functional projects using agile methodologies such as Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• Recommend and implement solutions to project challenges; communicate continuously with stakeholders.
• Estimate resources, draft and adjust budgets, and track milestones and deliverables with appropriate tools.
• Develop and present progress reports, requirements documentation, and executive briefings.
• Coordinate with IT and department leaders to remove roadblocks, resolve cross-team issues, and ensure on-time delivery of critical programs.
• Define clear project objectives and keep teams sharply focused on value delivery and deadlines.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks before they become issues.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a life science combined with experience in computer science or information technology.
• 7+ years of experience in a research, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or scientific laboratory setting.
• Proficiency with project-management tools (Planview, Jira, MS Office suite) and processes (SDLC, PMO).
• Prior project-management experience in a Research organization is preferred.
• Willingness to travel periodically (~5%) for internal meetings and to represent Regeneron.

Pay

Annual salary range: $114,800 – $187,400.

Schedule

4 days onsite per week at our Tarrytown, NY location.
