Design, implement, and maintain strategic, multi-disciplinary IT programs in support of corporate strategy. Apply leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts, and contribute to the development of new principles and concepts. Work on unusually complex problems and provide highly innovative solutions. Operate with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision, and mentor or supervise employees in both company and technical competencies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead software development projects and teams that provide enhancement and O&M support to a portfolio of applications
  • Effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience leading software development projects
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • HS diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing IT Infrastructure projects
  • Experience managing project schedules and risks, and balancing contract cost
  • Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and Agile processes
  • Ability to develop and present briefings to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Pay

The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.

Schedule

This role may be remote, hybrid, or onsite:

  • Remote: Generally virtual with occasional in-person work at a Booz Allen or customer facility.
  • Hybrid: Frequent work from a Booz Allen facility, with potential visits to customer facilities as needed.
  • Onsite: Work primarily performed at a Booz Allen office or customer facility.

Employees working virtually are generally expected to have their cameras on during meetings to support engagement and effective communication.
