Information Technology Program Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in change control and service delivery processes by providing appropriate documentation and subject matter expertise.
• Project management leadership across complex programs involving multiple technologies, stakeholders.
• Manage scope, requirements in concert with other project resources.
• Identify and assess program risk and develop mitigation strategies to share with key stakeholders.
• Through monitoring reports, ensure that deliverables meet quality standards and organizational requirements.
• Prepare and present to key stakeholders detailed program reports, including weekly progress updates, budget reports and risk assessments.
• Facilitate project meetings and manage team dynamics.
• Utilize Numotion Leadership Principles to perform the job with integrity, compliance, and values consistent with Numotion’s mission.
• Adhere to employee or customer confidentiality and comply with Numotion’s policies and federal regulations.
• Always provide excellent customer service for all internal and external customers of the operations. Provide solutions for customer concerns and continually focus on customer service as our top priority.

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

• Solid understanding of technology, software development lifecycle processes (agile and waterfall).
• Proficiency in MS Project and Excel.
• Experience leading large projects with significant change management impacts.
• Ability to manage budgets, timelines and resources efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills; capable of presenting technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.

PREFERRED COMPETENCIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with ERP implementations.
• Knowledge of D365 F&O.

Physical Work Requirements

• Frequent use of hands, wrists, fingers associated with using computer equipment.
• Prolonged periods of time working at a desk and/or on a computer.
• Occasionally move and reach with arms and hands.
• Ability to lift/move up to 20 pounds.
