Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and support Windows OS and MS 365 applications in a business, healthcare, or similar professional environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Associate degree in information technology (IT), Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or a closely related field.
- OR two (2) years of IT experience will substitute for one (1) year of formal education.
- Two (2) years of experience in Information Technology (IT) providing technical support and supporting Windows OS and MS 365 applications in a business, healthcare, or similar professional environment.
Qualifications
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills; both oral and written.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, work with little or no supervision in a fast-paced office setting, learn new skills easily, and handle stressful situations professionally.
- Highly organized and self-motivated with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines with complete and accurate information.
- Ability to pass an extensive background check and pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.
- Valid driver's license with an insurable record under the Tribe's policy.
Schedule
Full‑time position located in Lapwai.
