Servicing Internal Employees
Serve as the first point of contact for hardware, software, operating system, network, ERP, website, and application issues through tickets, phone, email, and remote support.
Maintain, configure, upgrade, and deploy desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, software applications, and other IT assets.
Affiliate with Active Directory, user accounts, permissions, LAN/WAN connectivity, VPN, firewalls, remote access, system updates, patches, and security protocols.
Administer property gates, door access control systems, badges, key fobs, and PINs; manage access permissions, troubleshoot hardware issues, coordinate repairs, and maintain accurate access records.
Administer the company VoIP/PBX phone system and enterprise printer/copier fleet, including user configurations, deployments, troubleshooting, print servers, supplies, maintenance, service contracts, and lifecycle replacements.
Maintain documentation and service records for the company generator and other supporting infrastructure; track maintenance, testing, fuel levels, runtime, warranties, parts, and coordinate inspections and repairs.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Windows/Microsoft 360, hardware support, ERP systems, servers, Active Directory, Exchange, and SQL.
- Experience setting up and configuring PCs, printers, peripherals and networking equipment.
- Experience providing onsite and remote troubleshooting, tech support, and tech training.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, patience when working with users, attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work independently while being a strong team player.
