Information Technology Analyst Principal (Unified Communications Engineer)

Responsibilities

- Serve as a trusted advisor across Countywide communications initiatives. - Ensure platforms are secure, resilient, scalable, cost-effective, and aligned with organizational goals. - Lead enterprise communications strategy, cloud communications adoption, contact center modernization, collaboration technologies, and vendor-delivered communications solutions. - Evaluate competing solutions and help organizations modernize critical systems.

Requirements

- Demonstrated experience with Cisco Unified Communications. - Experience with cloud calling and contact center technologies. - Knowledge of collaboration platforms. - Understanding of communications security and networking. - Ability to lead through technical expertise, sound judgment, and meaningful technology outcomes.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience. - Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to evaluate complex technical issues.
