Information Technology Analyst

Responsibilities

• Deliver desktop, hardware, software, and mobile device support to end users
• Resolve technical issues through phone, remote access, and in-person support
• Document, track, and escalate support requests through the ticketing system
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware and software
• Support Active Directory, Intune, Exchange Online, and print administration

Qualifications

• Advanced troubleshooting of desktop and laptop hardware, imaging, and peripherals
• Experience administering Active Directory, Intune, Exchange Online, and Print Servers
• Strong customer-facing communication in both technical and non-technical settings
• Experience supporting iPhone, iPad, and Android devices

Skills

• Experience with Aderant, iManage, SharePoint Online, Power Automate, or PDQ Deploy is a plus

Pay

Up to $65,000, depending on experience
