About the role
The Information Systems Student Technician provides technical assistance services to local education agencies to facilitate the successful implementation of various information systems, including TSDS/PEIMS, Ascender, Skyward, and Future Systems.
Responsibilities
- Supports the implementation and maintenance of student information systems databases (Ascender, Skyward)
- Provides technical assistance and customer service to ESC-2 staff and external clients
- Participates in program meetings and trainings to meet program goals
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Five years' experience with student information systems databases (Ascender, Skyward)
- Excellent customer service and advanced clerical/data entry experience
