About the role
The Ambulatory Clinical Systems Analyst is responsible for the administration and maintenance of specific components of the ambulatory clinic’s financial and clinical application systems as assigned by the department manager. Works with IS/IT and Clinical staff to ensure that workflows, processes, and trainings meet organizational and regulatory guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Develops or suggests solutions to problems, manages multiple issues at a time.
- Understands, documents, configures, administers, troubleshoots, and resolves issues within assigned applications.
- Manages workflows, processes, and trainings to meet organizational and regulatory guidelines.
- Provides appropriate reports and documentation to assist with decision making and ensure appropriate service levels are maintained.
Requirements
- Must be able to develop or suggest solutions to problems, as well as manage multiple issues at a time.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and flexible attitude.
Qualifications
- Minimum five years applicable experience in application support, project management, IT support, and/or process analysis; preferably in an ambulatory setting.
- BS degree in related IS/IT or Healthcare fields. Comparable experience may be substituted.
Skills
- Ability to develop or suggest solutions to problems, as well as manage multiple issues at a time.
- Understanding, documenting, configuring, administering, troubleshooting, and resolving issues within assigned applications.

Pay
Regular Part Time - 3.69 hrs per pay period
Full Time - 6.77 hrs per pay period
Long Term Sick - percentage of hrs worked
Schedule
Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
Possible on call
Work from home possible after training and onboarding completed
