About the role

Work with law enforcement to discover their cyber risks, understand applicable policies, and develop a mitigation plan. Review technical, environmental, and personnel details from engineers to assess the entire threat landscape. Guide your client through a plan of action with presentations, whitepapers, and milestones. Translate security concepts so clients can make the best decisions to secure their mission critical systems. Act as an information security subject matter expert while broadening your skills in cloud computing and data science.

Responsibilities

• Work with law enforcement to discover their cyber risks, understand applicable policies, and develop a mitigation plan.
• Review technical, environmental, and personnel details from engineers to assess the entire threat landscape.
• Guide clients through a plan of action with presentations, whitepapers, and milestones.
• Translate security concepts so clients can make the best decisions to secure their mission critical systems.
• Act as an information security subject matter expert while broadening your skills in cloud computing and data science.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in the Cyber or IT field.
• Experience with the implementation, oversight, and maintenance of the security configuration, practices, and procedures for systems.
• Top Secret clearance.
• HS diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Nice if you have: Experience with Xacta, excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, CISSP or CompTIA Certification.

Pay

The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD).

Schedule

Full-time and part-time employees working at least 20 hours a week on a regular basis are eligible to participate in Booz Allen’s benefit programs. Individuals that do not meet the threshold are only eligible for select offerings, not inclusive of health benefits.
