About the role
These positions are within the Inbound Web Application Security Engineering Team.
Responsibilities
- Configuring and supporting layer 7 web security controls (rate limiting, web application firewall (WAF), bot, client lists, geolocation, mTLS, certificates) in support of internet-facing web applications.
Requirements
- In depth knowledge and experience with HTTP/S, Web Applications, and Web Application Security Controls required.
- Solid understanding of DNS, geographic, and local load balancing and firewall policies supporting HTTP/S.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify root causes and resolve issues across complex, multi-layer enterprise systems.
- Prior experience working in a product model using JIRA/Kanban.
- Experience working with enterprise change management.
Pay
- Level 2: $42.40/hour
- Level 3: $55.30/hour
- Level 4: $70.00/hour
Schedule
Hybrid – 3 days/week onsite in Charlotte, NC; Chandler, AZ; or Las Colinas, TX.
Contract
24-month contract term; full-time conversion with the client is possible.
