Schedule
- Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Full-Time, Non-Exempt
- Rotating on-call schedule for after-hours support
Pay
- Information Security Analyst I: $19.25 - $26.50 per hour
- Information Security Analyst II: $23.25 - $32.00 per hour
Hiring pay range is commensurate with relevant experience and education.

Responsibilities
- Manage user accounts across multiple information security solutions.
- Monitor and respond to alerts from intrusion detection/prevention, firewall, and other security systems.
- Manage log analysis systems and triage alerts.
- Monitor patching solutions and generate reports.
- Manage digital evidence collection solution, ensuring proper chain of custody.
- Monitor and respond to alerts from various security solutions.
- Manage VPN solution and generate reports.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate results from vulnerability management solution and generate reports.
- Recommend ways to improve efficiency of Information Security operations.
- Provide technical support to internal teams as necessary.
- Maintain current knowledge and compliance with Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) requirements and other banking regulations.
- Deliver quality service as defined by department standards.
- Maintain confidentiality as defined by department standards.
- Support the company’s Mission, Vision, and Values.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Information Security Analyst I
- Two years of related experience and/or training.
- Preferred college degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with SIEM solutions preferred.
- Experience with patching solutions preferred.
- Experience managing anti-virus solutions preferred.
- Experience with intrusion detection and prevention systems preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Active Directory preferred.
- Experience managing VPN solutions preferred.
- Experience managing vulnerability management platforms preferred.
- Progressive technical knowledge and understanding preferred.
- Industry-standard Information Security certification or appropriate training and experience preferred.
- Performs duties with regular direction and supervision.
Information Security Analyst II
- Performs duties with moderate direction and supervision.
- Multiple industry-standard Information Security advanced certifications (e.g., GSEC, GCIH) in good standing or appropriate training and experience required.
