About the role

Inspired by recognition as one of the best workplaces, Primerica seeks a dynamic individual to manage and administer the Primerica Zoom Tenant. This role involves managing over 300,000 Zoom accounts for Home Office employees and Agents, coordinating with third-party vendors, and ensuring smooth operations through change management.

Responsibilities

• Manage a test Zoom tenant for configuration testing and feature demonstration.
• Work with other teams to implement changes in the production Zoom tenant.
• Coordinate the provisioning of new agents and Home Office associates, and manage their lifecycle.
• Administer Zoom, Active Directory (AD), Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP), and Okta accounts.
• Provide task tracking and reporting related to Zoom implementations, agent onboarding, SMS campaigns, and more.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Identity Access Management.
• At least 1 year of experience in AD, LDAP, Okta, and Zoom environments.
• Proactive communication skills with Primerica business leaders, Home Office personnel, Agents, and third-party vendors.
• Strong data analytical skills, proficient in Excel, Access, DB2, and Power BI.
• Effective task tracking and follow-up abilities.

Pay

The salary range for this role is $50k - $60k.

This role is hybrid in Duluth, Georgia.
