Responsibilities

  • Managing DOC social media accounts and creating original content that showcases employee excellence, achievements, and the Department’s role in building a stronger, safer Kentucky.
  • S supporting website updates to ensure accurate, timely, and engaging information is available to the public.
  • Producing photography and videography that elevate recruitment and retention efforts across the agency.
  • Collaborating with the Justice and Public Safety Cabinet to align messaging with broader cabinet initiatives.
  • Developing materials for career fairs, advertising campaigns, and other recruitment and retention strategies.

  • The ability to complete work activities in a professional manner.
  • The ability to multitask, pay attention to detail, think critically, and analyze information to forecast positive outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of a college or university with a bachelor's degree.

Salary: $38,093.28 Annually
