We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes description of role. We need to use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections when posting has real specific content. We have content: description of role (Information Governance Manager leads...). Could be "About the role". Then responsibilities: Essential Functions (Matter Mobility, Legal Hold & Internal Data Collections, Technology Strategy & Tools, Additional Functions). Could be under Responsibilities. Requirements: maybe Education and Experience? Qualifications: maybe Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities. Skills: maybe Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities. Benefits: there is Compensation & Benefits section includes salary ranges and link. Pay: maybe we can include Pay section with salary ranges. Schedule: not present. Work Environment & Physical Demands maybe not needed. We should not include sections with filler. So we can have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay. Possibly combine some. But we must not repeat job title as heading. Use

for each section heading. We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Must not omit details. So we need to include all details from posting: description, essential functions bullet points, education, experience, knowledge/skills/abilities, work environment, compensation & benefits, disclaimer? We should remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. The disclaimer includes EEO statement, at-will employment, accommodation request, etc. That is likely boilerplate (EEO/equal-opportunity). Should remove. Also "Disclaimer" about not a contract etc. That's also boilerplate. Also "Applicants who need any assistance applying..." is application instruction; remove. Also "For information on Fox Rothschild's compensation and benefits visit: Compensation & Benefits (foxrothschild.com)" maybe keep as part of Benefits? It's a link; we can keep as part of Benefits section. The compensation & benefits text includes salary ranges; we should keep that. We need to format lists with
  • . For prose use

    . For section headings use

. We need to decide grouping. Let's extract content: Overview: "The Information Governance Manager leads firmwide matter mobility and legal hold operations, ensuring the effective management of information throughout the matter lifecycle. Leveraging extensive experience in law firm information governance, data management, and stakeholder collaboration, the Manager oversees cross-functional IG initiatives related to matter lifecycle management, client file transfers, records retention/disposition, and governance controls intended to reduce risk associated with confidentiality, privacy, security, and compliance." That's about the role. Essential Functions: bullet list with subheadings: Matter Mobility, Legal Hold & Internal Data Collections, Technology Strategy & Tools, Additional Functions. Under each, there are sentences. We can treat each bullet as
  • with maybe internal

or just text. We need to preserve all substantive information; we can keep the sentences as is. Education: "Bachelor’s degree in information management, Legal Studies, Computer Science, or a related field." Experience: "5+ years of experience in matter mobility, legal hold and/or eDiscovery roles. Demonstrated experience with matter mobility and legal hold processes, particularly in regulated and/or law firm environments." Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: list items: "Proven success in cross-functional program management. Familiarity with tools such as Service Now, SQL, PowerShell, Power BI, Microsoft 365 Purview, Relativity, Nuix, or similar platforms. Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High integrity and sound judgment with sensitive information." Work Environment & Physical Demands: "This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Physical Requirements Sedentary work: Exertion of physical strength to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects up to 10 pounds. Work involves sitting most of the time. Walking and standing is often necessary in carrying out job duties." Compensation & Benefits: includes salary ranges per location and link. We need to decide sections: About the role (overview). Responsibilities (Essential Functions). Requirements (Education + Experience). Qualifications (maybe combine Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities? Actually Qualifications could be Education+Experience; Skills could be Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities). Benefits (maybe include compensation & benefits text). Pay (maybe separate salary ranges). But we must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual salary ranges, so Pay section is valid. Benefits section maybe we can include the link to compensation & benefits page. However the text includes both salary ranges and link; we could put salary ranges under Pay, and the link under Benefits. But the instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine Pay and Benefits into one section? But they ask to use headings for Benefits, Pay, Schedule separately if content exists. We have content for Pay (salary ranges). Benefits: we have link to compensation & benefits page; that's a benefit reference. Could be considered Benefits. We'll include both. Schedule: no content, so omit. Work Environment & Physical Demands: not a listed heading; we could maybe include under Responsibilities? But it's not a standard heading; we could omit as not required heading. However we must preserve ALL substantive information; if we omit it, we lose info. We could include it under a section like "Working Conditions" but not allowed headings. Could we include it under Responsibilities as a paragraph? The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but says use those for section headings. It doesn't say we cannot have other headings, but we should follow the pattern. Safer to include Work Environment under Responsibilities as a paragraph? Might be okay but could be considered not following spec. However spec says "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It implies we should use those headings for sections; we can still have other headings but not necessary. To preserve info, we could add a

for Work Environment & Physical Demands? Not in list but maybe acceptable. However they said "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." The e.g. suggests those are examples, not exhaustive. But they also say "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it". So we could create a section for Work Environment & Physical Demands using

. That would preserve info. I'd do that. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Work Environment & Physical Demands. We must not repeat job title as heading. Good. Now format. We'll produce:

    About the role

The Information Governance Manager leads firmwide matter mobility and legal hold operations, ensuring the effective management of information throughout the matter lifecycle. Leveraging extensive experience in law firm information governance, data management, and stakeholder collaboration, the Manager oversees cross-functional IG initiatives related to matter lifecycle management, client file transfers, records retention/disposition, and governance controls intended to reduce risk associated with confidentiality, privacy, security, and compliance.

    Responsibilities

    • Matter Mobility Manage group responsible for performing firmwide incoming and outgoing matter mobility requests, including special projects such as mergers and acquisitions. Drive enhancements to standardized matter mobility frameworks, process documentation, technology, processes, quality controls, and acceptance criteria. Develop analytics and executive reporting for leadership, along with recommending and evaluating new tools and automation opportunities. Advise senior stakeholders on complex legal, technical, and retention issues related to matter mobility. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase defensibility, efficiency, and security of processes. Ensure matter mobility practices align with Firm policies and regulatory obligations.
    • Legal Hold & Internal Data Collections Manage group responsible for firmwide legal hold process, including issuance, collection and preservation of data, tracking, custodial interviews, and release. Manage defensible internal data collection practices in collaboration with Legal, HR, and IS stakeholders. Drive enhancements to legal hold processes, technology, quality controls, and process documentation. Work with the Office of the General Counsel to support internal and external audits and investigations.
    • Technology Strategy & Tools Evaluate and implement digital tools for matter mobility and legal hold. Recommend solutions that improve efficiency, defensibility, and transparency of digital data operations for matter mobility and legal hold.
    • Additional Functions Additional duties as assigned.

    Requirements

    • Education Bachelor’s degree in information management, Legal Studies, Computer Science, or a related field.
    • Experience 5+ years of experience in matter mobility, legal hold and/or eDiscovery roles. Demonstrated experience with matter mobility and legal hold processes, particularly in regulated and/or law firm environments.

    Qualifications

(maybe we combine Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities here? Actually Qualifications could be Education+Experience; but we already used Requirements for those. So Qualifications could be Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities.)

    • Proven success in cross-functional program management.
    • Familiarity with tools such as Service Now, SQL, PowerShell, Power BI, Microsoft 365 Purview, Relativity, Nuix, or similar platforms.
    • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • High integrity and sound judgment with sensitive information.

    Skills

Maybe we could omit Skills as we already covered. But we need to avoid thin sections. Could combine Skills with Qualifications? But we already have Qualifications as Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities. So we could omit Skills section. However the instruction says to use those headings if content exists. We have content for Skills (the list). So we could keep Skills as separate section and rename Qualifications to just Education+Experience? But we already used Requirements for Education+Experience. Let's think: The headings list includes Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. Typically Requirements = education/experience, Qualifications = maybe certifications, Skills = abilities. We have Education and Experience under Requirements. We have Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities which could go under Skills. Qualifications maybe we could leave empty or omit. Better to have Requirements (Education+Experience), Skills (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities), and omit Qualifications. Or we could put Education under Requirements, Experience under Qualifications, and Skills under Skills. But we need to avoid thin sections. Let's assign: - Requirements: Education - Qualifications: Experience - Skills: Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities That gives three sections each with substantive content. Let's do that. Thus:

    Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in information management, Legal Studies, Computer Science, or a related field.

    Qualifications

Experience: 5+ years of experience in matter mobility, legal hold and/or eDiscovery roles. Demonstrated experience with matter mobility and legal hold processes, particularly in regulated and/or law firm environments.
