Information and Review Analyst I

About the role

Nightwing provides technically advanced full‑spectrum cyber, data operations, systems integration and intelligence mission support services. The company is seeking a highly motivated and detail‑oriented Information & Review Analyst to support an important program in Springfield, Virginia. The analyst will review, analyze, organize, and validate information to support program objectives and informed decision‑making, conduct detailed reviews of documentation, identify discrepancies or trends, prepare analytical summaries, and ensure information is accurate, complete, and properly documented. The role works closely with program personnel and other stakeholders to assess information, track requirements, and provide timely findings and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Accurately input data into systems and perform validation checks to ensure data quality and integrity.
• Monitor and manage data changes, updates, and obsolescence to keep records current and reliable.
• Review, manage, and process change requests in a timely and structured manner.
• Prioritize daily desk duties independently, meeting deadlines without sacrificing accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional team members to support broader operational goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams); experience with database management or ERP systems is a strong plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional ability to manage time and track progress on multiple competing tasks.
• Demonstrated commitment to accuracy and precision in data entry, research, and communication.
• Comfortable in a desk‑based office environment; 100% on‑site at Springfield, VA.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Administration, or a related field is a plus.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $55,000–$106,000, determined by the selected candidate’s qualifications, years of relevant experience, and demonstrated level of expertise.
