Infor M3 ERP BA

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary Business Analyst for Infor M3 ERP modules across business functions
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows
• Work closely with business users to understand current-state processes and define future-state solutions in Infor M3
• Support Infor M3 implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and rollouts
• Configure and validate Infor M3 solutions in collaboration with technical and functional teams
• Facilitate workshops, user story sessions, and stakeholder meetings onsite
• Perform system testing, UAT coordination, defect triage, and validation
• Provide functional support, issue resolution, and root cause analysis for Infor M3 applications
• Create and maintain functional documentation, SOPs, and training materials
• Support change management and end-user training activities

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years as an Infor M3 Business Analyst
• Strong hands-on experience with Infor M3 modules such as: Finance (GL, AP, AR), Supply Chain / Procurement, Manufacturing / Planning, Order Management & Distribution
• Strong understanding of business processes and ERP best practices
• Proven experience in requirement gathering, functional design, and UAT
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work onsite in Georgia and collaborate with cross-functional teams
