Infor CloudSuite Industrial Technical Implementation Lead
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI/SyteLine) Technical Implementation Lead to design, develop, implement, and support enterprise ERP solutions. This role will work closely with business teams and industrial modules to deliver scalable system enhancements, integrations, automation, reporting solutions, and technical architecture within the Infor CSI environment.
The ideal candidate has deep hands-on expertise with Infor CSI/SyteLine, including IDOs, Forms, Event Handlers, Infor OS/ION, APIs, integrations, SQL Server, and application development, and can translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead ERP implementations, upgrades, enhancements, testing, deployments, and production support activities.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into system configurations, customizations, integrations, and automation solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain IDOs, IDO Methods, Forms, Form Scripts, Event Handlers, Application Events, Global Objects, and custom business logic.
- Develop and support integrations using Infor OS/ION, REST APIs, SOAP web services, JSON, XML, and third-party applications.
- Configure and support ION Workflows, ION Connect, BODs, API Gateway, and enterprise integration services.
- Create and maintain data mappings, transformation logic, inbound/outbound interfaces, and automation processes.
- Develop technical solutions using C#, .NET, JavaScript, SQL Server, and related Microsoft technologies.
- Build and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and reporting solutions.
- Troubleshoot application, integration, performance, and data integrity issues across multiple systems.
- Evaluate existing customizations and integrations and recommend improvements and best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Infor SyteLine / CloudSuite Industrial (CSI).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience developing SyteLine technical solutions, IDOs, integrations, and APIs.
- Equivalent combination of education, technical training, and relevant experience may be considered.
Skills
- Experience supporting manufacturing operations within a global footprint, in publicly traded companies including warehouse, CRM, and other enterprise business systems.
- Strong understanding of enterprise integration architecture, authentication, data transformation, error handling, and system interoperability.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication, and project leadership skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions
Work is performed inside a flex space building consisting of offices, open desk space, laboratory, machine shop, and a manufacturing floor. The office environment is usually quiet and temperature-controlled. Noise levels are elevated in the warehouse space where temperatures can vary depending on outside elements and weather.
Travel may be required, including up to 2-8 trips per year to visit suppliers, attend conferences, meetings (customer, investor, and business), and customer sites (hatcheries).
