Responsibilities

• Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities
• Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements
• Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance
• Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications
• Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards
• Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer
• Support data conversions for Planning and Manufacturing data elements

Requirements

• Knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques, along with sector focus
• Ability to handle end-to-end ERP package customization and implementation
• Knack for translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks
• Passion for design and hands-on coding experience
• Collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders

Qualifications

• Experience with Baan V ERP
• Implementation experience in Infor CloudSuite modules (Technical, SCM, and FIN)
• Experience in developing and maintaining custom modules, integrations, and extensions for the Infor CloudSuite platform
• Experience in configuring the environment, managing data, setting up security, and enabling integrations
• Experience with system administration and security
• Experience with configuration and customization (Extension)
• Experience with integration and API management
• Experience with data management and migration
• Experience with reporting and analytics
• Experience in implementing and supporting Infor CSd, including driving implementation, facilitating organizational transitions, and optimizing ERP functionalities
• Experience in developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Experience providing technical support to end-users and ensuring compliance with security protocols
• Experience in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Experience in documentation and reporting

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Infor CloudSuite Distribution modules
• Experience in Oracle implementation including development of integrations and testing
• Experience in Infor Baan tools

Skills

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
