Marketing$110k–$140k/yrFull-time

About the Role

Most of this job happens in an edit timeline. You'll take raw footage from our shoots and job sites, cutting it into vertical short-form, cinematic walkthroughs, and monthly progress updates. Your work will be published across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn for Henry Walker Homes and J. Fisher development, construction, and property management brands. The focus is on volume—delivering consistent, high-quality content weekly across four business lines and all active projects.

Responsibilities

  • Edit (roughly half the job):
    • Cut vertical short-form content for Reels, TikTok, and Shorts with hooks in the first 1.5 seconds, on-screen captions, and one idea per clip.
    • Create long-form and mid-length pieces: cinematic walkthroughs, construction progress updates, and documentary-style project films.
    • Maximize footage by pulling 3–5 vertical cutdowns from each shoot.
    • Handle color grading, sound design, licensed music, graphics, and captions to maintain consistency.
    • Organize and archive footage for easy retrieval.
  • Distribute:
    • Manage the publishing calendar across brands and channels.
    • Schedule, publish, and QA every post.
    • Monitor and respond to comments and DMs, escalating sales and resident inquiries as needed.
  • Capture:
    • Assist in photo and video production for progress updates, model homes, events, and interviews using phones or cameras.
  • Measure:
    • Pull monthly performance reports by channel and project, identifying trends and successful content.
    • Track content that leads to real inquiries, not just views.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience editing and publishing social content (agency, in-house, freelance, or personal channel).
  • Fluency in Premiere Pro or Final Cut.
  • A reel or portfolio showcasing vertical short-form work.
  • Comfortable shooting your own footage.
  • Strong organizational skills: meeting publish dates without reminders and maintaining clear project files.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to work on job sites in appropriate safety gear (boots, hard hat, vest).

Nice to Have

  • Experience with real estate, construction, architecture, or hospitality content.
  • Drone experience (Part 107 certification or willingness to obtain).
  • Photography and basic retouching skills.
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Lightroom, Figma, or other creative software.
  • Familiarity with social scheduling and analytics platforms.
  • Copywriting ability for engaging captions.
  • Experience integrating AI into creative workflows.
