Team Development
Manage and mentor Influencer Coordinators, providing structured feedback and coaching.
Elevate the team's creative judgment, sourcing quality, and professionalism.
Build a culture of attention to detail and creative excellence.
Sourcing & Strategy
Review all creator rosters to ensure brand fit, aesthetic alignment, and performance potential.
Balance diversity, authenticity, platform relevance, and budget across all programs.
Stay ahead of trends and emerging talent in the beauty and lifestyle influencer space.
Content & Quality Control
Lead the internal content review process—from first pass to final approval.
Evaluate all deliverables for creative quality, brand alignment, messaging accuracy, and FTC compliance.
Provide clear, actionable feedback to creators and Coordinators.
Client & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Act as the primary client-facing lead for influencer program updates and performance check-ins.
Partner with Account, Social, and Creative Directors to keep campaigns aligned with broader brand storytelling.
Join client calls and present program insights with confidence and clarity.
Reporting & Insights
Oversee tracking and QA of influencer metrics (views, engagement, EMV, conversions).
Identify top-performing creators and insights to inform future strategy.
Support post-campaign reporting with analysis and narrative framing.
