What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of operations experience, in marketing fields.
- You’ve supported building systems and automations for influencer marketing, or general marketing, teams.
- 0-1 operator. You are able to stand up the foundation of our influencer marketing program at a world-class standard, enabling the team to do their best work.
- AI Builder. You are already building with AI to make systems more efficient, and can quickly identify areas that can be automated with AI.
- Comfortable with data and basic reporting. You know your way around a spreadsheet and can understand basic marketing metrics.
- Confident communicator. You can easily collaborate with cross-functional teammates across Marketing and Operations, as well as external creators and vendors.
- Interest in the influencer marketing industry, creators and partnerships
- Proficient with creator platforms, project management tools, and Google Workspace or similar
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain the Creator Platform operations (CRM, deal flow, reporting, automations), partnering with a vibe coder as needed
- Keep creator profiles, campaign data, and deliverable tracking accurate and up to date; flag gaps and process improvements
- Build agents to streamline creator onboarding and operational workflows
- Manage creator paperwork end-to-end: contracts (send, track, archive) and invoices (collect, review, submit, track payment, resolve discrepancies)
- Own the shared creators inbox: triage, prioritize, and route creator inquiries quickly and clearly
- Support creator experiences by building lightweight assets (event landing pages, apps, custom links, templates)
