About the role

The Influencer & Creator Partnerships Manager helps build and run Yoto's US influencer and creator partnerships engine across creators on Meta, TikTok, YouTube and Podcasts. Your goal is to leverage trusted third-party voices to bring new families into the Yoto ecosystem.

What you’ll be doing:

  • You'll oversee the agencies that activate us across social, YouTube, and podcast, managing them day-to-day on partner selection, briefs and performance.
  • You'll also partner closely with our organic social team to extend and amplify partnerships across our owned channels where it makes sense.
  • You'll develop and own the US endorsement strategy across influencer (Meta, TikTok, YouTube), podcast and affiliate in partnership with the North America Marketing Lead.
  • You'll oversee the agencies that activate us across social, YouTube, and podcast: partner selection, briefing, content review and approvals, feedback loops, and performance tracking.
  • You'll partner with our PR team and agency to deliver integrated campaigns, bringing the influencer and creator side so top-tier authorities show up consistently across earned, social, and audio.
  • You'll spot and champion partners with the potential to grow into deeper, longer-term relationships, and bring those opportunities to the Lead.
  • You'll scale our internal influencer and ambassador network of mid and lower tier creators: direct inbounds, sample management, shot lists, trackable links, and rollout.
  • You'll own creator-facing affiliate programmes (alongside the global team where applicable).
  • You'll partner closely with our US Social Media Manager so endorsement content flows through owned and organic channels effectively.
  • You'll own the endorsement activation calendar, feeding into the wider US campaign calendar.
  • You'll report on influencer, podcast, and affiliate performance with a performance-bias centered on new family acquisition across all sales channels.

What you’ll bring:

  • 4–7 years in influencer, growth, or partnership marketing with a clear acquisition focus
  • Proven track record sourcing and managing endorsements: influencers, podcasts, talent, and KOL partnerships
  • Experience managing agencies and coordinating multi-channel, integrated campaigns
  • Skilled in affiliate marketing platforms (Grin, LTK, ShareASale, or similar)
  • Strategic thinker who can build a partnership pipeline and bring structure to programmes - not just execute briefs
  • Plugged into US parenting and family creator culture, with a strong instinct for what's working
  • Analytical mindset: able to connect endorsement activity to acquisition outcomes and defend spend with data
  • Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate briefs, research, reporting, and outreach
  • Thrives in a lean team, owning and driving the endorsement engine with autonomy

Salary:

$100,000 - $110,000 based on experience

  • Flexibility: Hybrid working - expectation of 1 day a week on average in our Brooklyn office, but you are welcome to come in more than this. How you meet the minimum expectation is up to you, to ensure you're happy and productive in your role whilst also getting that vital face time with your colleagues. Take advantage of our ‘work from anywhere’ policy to work from a different location for up to 6 weeks every year. Summer Hours policy to use between the months of June and August.

After 4 years of service, you are also eligible for our sabbatical policy offering up to 3 months' of unpaid sabbatical.
