Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a portfolio of influencer partnerships for revenue generation
- Advocate for child protection and uphold the company’s mission in all actions
- Lead prospecting efforts and devise customized strategies for influencer partnerships
- Manage contract negotiations, set goals, and assess the effectiveness of partnerships
- Cultivate high-volume relationships in established and emerging channels
- Engage in personalized communication to motivate and train influencers
- Cast vision for the company’s work through influencer engagement and tours
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Seven years of proven relationship management experience with influencers or external stakeholders
- Experience sourcing and developing new partnerships through outreach and relationship nurturing
- Strong understanding of the digital influencer ecosystem across key platforms
- Creative campaign planning and execution skills with a focus on alignment between organizational and influencer goals
- Exceptional collaboration, communication, and strategic thinking abilities

$123,240 – $144,798 annually
